Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding ban on the use of charcoal as a fuel/raw material in the industries, 18/12/2015
Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Indian Institute of Sustainable Development Vs. Union of India & Others dated 18/12/2015 regarding ban on the use of charcoal as a fuel/raw material in the industries and directions to the Respondent States to forthwith prepare the Forest Management Plan for implementation of the said ban effectively.
Three weeks time is granted for filing the responses to the states.
