Designing strategies to mitigate the impact of climate change on agriculture in Kutch, Gujarat
The focus of this study is to develop a deeper understanding of the impact of climate change on agriculture in general, and of the Rapar area of Kutch, India, in particular. The recommendation of the study can be used by the practitioners working in the field of agriculture to plan and implement their program. It asserts that in India, since most of the agriculture is dependent on rain, with the change in temperature and precipitation, the impact of climate change on agriculture is going to be significant.
