Human resources for health strategic plan 2011-2015

The NHSP-2 identifies a number of HRH (Human Resources for Health) challenges and constraints that are affecting the delivery of health services and the achievement of health outcomes. It proposes a range of strategies and issues to address these challenges in the 5-year plan period. It recommends that the staffing projections made in the 2003 Strategic Plan for HRH be reassessed in light of the evolving political, policy and health environment.
