Energy efficient solar homes/buildings
Homes/buildings that incorporate concepts of solar passive design and utilize energy efficient equipment and devices, which run on renewable energy, are called energy efficient solar homes/buildings. Such homes/buildings provide comfortable living and working conditions, both in winter and in summer, with minimal consumption of electricity. Energy efficient homes/buildings can save over 30% to 40% of electricity used for lighting, cooling or heating.
